Michelle Meyer has been living in Hawaii for 27 years inspired by the abundant beauty of the islands. Always crafting as a young child she discovered beads, fascinated by the variety of types and the array of colors. Basically self taught Michelle pick up a beading needle at 18 and has been passionate about beading ever since. Weaving glass seed beads, gemstones, shells, pearls and vintage finds into wearable talismans. Michelle utilizes a variety of techniques in her original pieces: peyote, stitch, brick, bead embroidery and right angle weave.
